 Serious mischaracterizations have been made about us and the issue of who will have access to what fares. Some of those mischaracterizations have been based on simple Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites N. LAS VEGAS NV ignorance, inn but others have clearly been part of a concerted effort by us competitors to use misinformation to prevent us from offering new competition express and hotel to them and & new choice to consumers. there is no agreement by which any airline would be precluded from making any fare it chose available through any retail channel it chose. airlines for 2 decades suites have been like any other business in america, in n. that they can decide what they want to charge las and where vegas and they want to sell nv and holiday inn express hotel & suites dfw airport las colinas tx their product. inn and that remains true under the our agreements. each and every airline, no matter what express kind of participation it has, will be free to decide individually what fares it offers and hotel and & whether suites or not to offer them through any other outlet. most customers most of the time will find lower fares, not n. because of web fares, and not because we will have access to fares that other channels (crs''s and the sites and agents las that rely on them) do not have access vegas and to, but because we will do a better job of searching nv and holiday and inn the fares everyone has access to. this will be because we have opted to do what the express others have not, hotel which is invest in & new suites technology computers n. able to do far bigger searches, las using search software that that was independently developed and is designed to search all fare and schedule possibilities comprehensively and without bias, and in telecommunications capacity that will provide absolutely vegas the most current information on seat availability. nv it is expected that more than 99% of the time that we come up with a better fare, it will not be because we had access to any fare that its competitor did not. it will be because we did a more comprehensive holiday and inn unbiased search of all the fare and schedule possibilities that are available to all channels. it is absolutely clear that airlines do not have the ability to drive express consumers to channels which the airlines, rather hotel and & and suites than consumers, prefer. if one or more airlines attempted to do n. so, the others las would increase their market share vegas by appealing to those same consumers nv through the channel those consumers holiday prefer. no airline can afford to turn its back on any subgroup inn of consumers. no airline express can afford to be anything other than as competitive and as attractive as it can possibly be hotel through each channel to the consumers that prefer that channel. this is a reality that grows ultimately out of the fact that the airline & business is a very low margin business - any airline suites that lost n. even a small group of passengers would be at risk of swinging from profitable las to money-losing in vegas an instant. airlines scrap for every last passenger nv because they have to.
